At Purrs & BowWows, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food or treats
  • Grooming products that have been used
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
